Leaderboards

Every angler I know has a story. The one that got away, the afternoon the fish wouldn't stop biting, the time they beat everyone to the pool. Most of them get a little better every time they're told. They tell me their stories, I write them down, and these are the ones that check out.

The leaderboards need each catch written down with a time and a place. The addon keeps counts today, not moments. Next version. Planned: the derby dash (first Speckled Tastyfish to fortieth at the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza), every fish in a zone (first cast to last new one), 1 to 300 (hours on the water from skill 1 to 300), and a weekly challenge set by Hal.

How the leaderboards are scored

Each leaderboard is worked out from the catch times in pasted journals, so a new one never needs an addon update, and an old journal can place on a leaderboard that didn't exist when it was pasted.
